Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fytrade mobile application and website (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Disclaimer and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
What Fytrade provides
Fytrade is a free educational market simulator. It lets you place simulated orders using virtual funds to learn how markets work. Fytrade does not provide broking, investment advice, research, portfolio management or any other regulated financial service, and no real transactions take place.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use the Services.
Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at the support address below if you suspect unauthorised use.
- One person may hold only one account. Usernames must not impersonate others or be misleading.
Virtual funds
Virtual funds and simulated results have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold or exchanged for money or anything of value. We may reset, adjust or remove virtual balances and simulated activity — for example, to fix errors or abuse — at any time.
No advice and no reliance
All content in the Services is for general education only and is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Market data may be delayed, simulated or inaccurate. You must not rely on the Services to make real investment decisions. Any real-world decision you make is solely your responsibility.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant Fytrade a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display and distribute it within the Services for as long as it remains posted. You are responsible for your content and must follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms or the guidelines.
Prohibited conduct
- Posting stock tips, buy/sell calls, target prices, or promoting advisory services, paid groups or guaranteed returns.
- Spreading rumours or false information about listed companies, or attempting to influence the price of any security.
- Harassment, hate speech, obscene content, spam or impersonation.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, overloading or interfering with the Services or their security.
- Redistributing any market data shown in the Services.
- Using the Services for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Services, including the Fytrade name, logo, software and design, belong to Fytrade and its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal education. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or that data will be accurate or complete.
Termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fytrade will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from decisions made in real markets. Because the Services are free, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to ₹1,000.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with an updated date and notify you in the App of material changes. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept them.
