Clear answers about what Fytrade does — and what it does not do.
Is Fytrade a trading or broking app?
No. Fytrade is an educational simulator. It does not connect to any broker or exchange, and no real buy or sell orders are ever placed. Everything you do in the app happens with virtual money.
Can I deposit or withdraw real money?
No. Fytrade does not accept deposits, does not process payments and has no in-app purchases. Your virtual balance has no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold or exchanged for anything.
Can I win prizes or rewards?
No. Fytrade has no contests, prizes, cash rewards or anything of monetary value linked to performance. It is purely a learning tool.
Is Fytrade registered with SEBI?
Fytrade is not a SEBI-registered intermediary because it does not provide broking, investment advice, research or any other regulated service. It is not affiliated with SEBI, any stock exchange or any broker. If you decide to invest with real money, deal only with SEBI-registered intermediaries — you can verify registration on sebi.gov.in.
Does Fytrade give stock tips or recommendations?
Never. Fytrade does not provide tips, calls, target prices, research reports or recommendations of any kind. Community posts are the personal views of learners, and our community guidelines prohibit tips and promotions.
Are the prices in the app real?
Prices in the app may be delayed, simulated or otherwise different from actual exchange prices. They are provided only so you can practise, and must not be used to make real trading or investment decisions.
Will doing well in Fytrade make me a good trader?
Not necessarily. Simulated trading has no real emotions, liquidity limits, slippage, brokerage, taxes or market impact, so results in the app can differ greatly from real-world results. Use it to learn concepts and build habits — not as a prediction of future performance.
What do I need to sign up?
Only your mobile number or email address, plus a display name. We never ask for PAN, Aadhaar, bank or card details.
Is Fytrade free?
Yes. Fytrade is free to use, with no subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Who can use Fytrade?
Fytrade is intended for people aged 18 and above.
How do I reset my virtual balance?
Open the Portfolio tab and choose Reset portfolio from the menu. You can reset once every 15 days: your simulated trades are cleared and you get ₹10,00,000 of virtual money again. Each friend who signs up with your referral code gives you one extra reset you can use sooner. Virtual money can no longer be added or withdrawn.
How do I delete my account?
Follow the steps on our account deletion page. We delete your account and associated data as described in our privacy policy.
How do I report a post or a user?
Write to support@fytrade.in with the username and a description of the issue. We review all reports and remove content that breaks our guidelines.
