Fytrade is an educational market simulator designed to help beginners understand how securities markets work. All features — including the virtual portfolio, order placement, charts, option chain and community — exist solely for learning and practice.
Not a SEBI-registered intermediary
Fytrade is not a stock broker, sub-broker, authorised person, depository participant, investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager or any other intermediary registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Fytrade does not provide any service that requires such registration.
Fytrade is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by SEBI, the National Stock Exchange of India, BSE Limited, any other exchange or any broker. Any company names, symbols or indices that may appear in the app are used only to identify instruments for educational simulation and do not imply any association or endorsement.
Virtual money only
- No real securities are bought or sold, and no orders are sent to any broker or exchange.
- Fytrade does not accept deposits, hold funds, process payments or offer in-app purchases.
- Virtual balances, profits and losses have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, redeemed or exchanged for money, goods, services or anything else of value.
- Fytrade does not run contests and does not offer prizes, rewards or incentives linked to simulated performance.
No investment advice
Nothing in the Fytrade app or on this website — including educational material, charts, data, features, notifications or community posts — is investment advice, research, a recommendation, a solicitation or an offer to buy or sell any security or derivative.
Posts in the community are the personal opinions of individual users. Fytrade does not verify or endorse them, and users are prohibited from posting tips, calls, target prices or promotions (see our community guidelines).
Market data
Prices, charts, option chains and other market information in the app may be delayed, simulated, sampled or otherwise different from actual exchange data, and may contain errors or gaps. They are provided only to enable practice and must not be relied on for any real trading or investment decision.
Limitations of simulated results
Simulated trading results have inherent limitations. They do not involve real financial risk, and they do not reflect real-world factors such as emotions under pressure, liquidity, order queues, slippage, market impact, brokerage, statutory charges and taxes. Success in a simulator does not indicate or guarantee success in real markets. Past performance, real or simulated, is not indicative of future results.
Risk disclosure for real markets
9 out of 10 individual traders in the equity Futures & Options segment incurred net losses, according to SEBI’s study dated 25 January 2023. A later SEBI study (September 2024) found that over 93% of more than one crore individual F&O traders incurred losses between FY22 and FY24.
Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. Derivatives in particular involve leverage, and losses can exceed the amount initially invested. Read all related documents carefully, and consider your financial situation and risk tolerance, before investing real money.
Investor awareness
- Deal only with SEBI-registered intermediaries. Verify any broker, investment adviser or research analyst on sebi.gov.in.
- Be wary of anyone offering “sure-shot” tips or guaranteed returns, including on social media, WhatsApp or Telegram.
- Never share your passwords, OTPs or demat/bank details with anyone.
- Complaints against SEBI-registered entities can be lodged on SEBI’s SCORES portal. Investor education material is available at investor.sebi.gov.in.
